TangoZen Workshop

The goal of TangoZen workshops is to expose the participants to a number of exercises which are adapted from martial arts, meditation techniques, sports, and tando dance.  Practicing the exercises involves one's physical and mental disciplines and eventually may lead to mindfulness, a state of full awareness of oneself, one's partner, and the surroundings.
